PRODUCT WARRANTY
At Coral Sea Co we stand behind our products. If you believe your item to have a defect/fault we will repair the product or replace with a new product within 2 months of your purchase. If the item is no longer available or out of stock at the time we will provide a store credit equal to the value of the item including any discounts.
Claiming your warranty
To make a claim you must email coralseaco@outlook.com to initiate your claim. You will then be informed via email on steps to proceed with returning your product. Coral Sea Co is not responsible for any loss or damage to products when in transit.
Conditions or Exclusions
The warranty is available for all full priced jewellery purchased online or in person.
The 2 month warranty starts when the product has been dispatched. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear and tear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear is up up to the discretion of Coral Sea Co, any faults during the course of use which are considered normal and not a manufacturing fault will not be refunded. Our jewellery is handmade and therefore delicate and should be handled with care, please see "caring for your jewellery" for more information.
Some examples of common jewellery issues that are not covered within our warranty:
-Loss or disappearance of gems or parts.
-Normal wear and tear.
-Breakage due to rough use.
-Tarnish or deterioration due to contact with toxic acids and substances.
